چکیده
Abstract Amentoflavone is one of the flavonoids that are known for their antiviral effects and many them predicted to have inhibitory against severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus (SARS-CoV) Middle East Coronavirus (MERS-CoV) enzymes 3-chymotrypsin-like protease (3CLpro) papain-like (PLpro). a biflavonoid found in herbal extracts St. John's wort ( Hypericum perforatum ), Gingko biloba , Selaginella tamariscina, Torreya nucifera other plants. Its pharmacological actions been listed as antiviral, antibacterial, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antidiabetic, antidepressant, neuroprotective. Molecular docking studies amentoflavone binds strongly active site main (M pro ) coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2). As conventional medications met with limited success disease-2019 (COVID-19) vaccines only weapons COVID-19 pharmaceutical armamentarium, traditional medicines being considered forefront battle COVID-19. Clinical extract additional or alternative drugs/supplements registered. Here we review potential amentoflavone, an agent both adjunct therapy sepsis preventive could provide protection “cytokine storm.” Compared extracts, which induce cytochrome P450 (CYP) uridine 5′-diphospho (UDP)-glucuronosyltransferases (UGT) activity producing negative herb–drug interaction, potent inhibitor CYP3A4, CYP2C9, UGT. Further into therapeutic infection warranted.

The high affinity of baricitinib for the numb-associated kinase (NAK) family, its anti-inflammatory properties, with its advantageous pharmacokinetic properties, appear to make it a special case among the approved drugs. In addition, the potential for combination therapy with baracitinib is high, because of its low plasma protein binding and minimal interaction with CYP enzymes and drug transp...
